It Is A Debate That Is Polarizing

They argue it causes cancer.

Also, they argue you will get heart disease by doing this.

They may even debate that you may become diabetic from doing this.

Doing what you ask?

Well, it is eating meat.

People chose not to eat meat due to health reasons.

Also, there are people who do not eat meat and do not eat any animal byproducts. These people are typically called vegans.

About two percent of the U.S population are vegan, according to a poll that was published in the Economist magazine in 2020. That two percent can cause a debate.

Now as for me I have thought about going vegan. For me I stopped eating meat in April 2021. I became vegetarian after eating no meat except for seafood for a while. I would love to be vegan but I still love my eggs and that includes fixing hard boiled eggs.

It is a polarizing debate between if you should eat meat or not. People argue that they need the protein from the meat. While vegans and vegetarians get protein from plant based sources. According to The National Academy of Medicine a person should consume 0.8 grams of protein…
